Click & Collect (FREE) is available for customers to collect their orders the next working day from Mansefield House, Keith, AB55 5AW.
Please allow 7-8 working days if you have added a Harness Access Opening to your order. Please note that any personalised items cannot be collected as these are posted out by our professional embroiderer.

If you’re ordering several products, our website will calculate the postage based on weight.

Our mail bags are usually letterbox friendly so there's no need for you to be at home to accept delivery. (See info below ***)

During Christmas and busy periods, deliveries may be delayed due to the volume of parcels being processed by Royal Mail.

Please make sure all delivery addresses are correct and let colleagues know if you are expecting a delivery at work.

If you just can’t wait for your order for that special occasion, there is an option at checkout to opt for first class delivery in the UK, priced at £4.95.



      Large Parcels (UK) ***

    If your parcel is too large for your letterbox, the postie will try to deliver to a neighbour and will leave a card with delivery details.

    If this isn’t possible, there will be a phone number on a card for you to re-arrange delivery or you can collect from the local delivery office.

      International Deliveries

    Our delivery times are provided by Royal Mail but timescales will depend on the destination country's postal service.

    International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities and you may have to pay import duties/taxes for customs clearance.

      Late Delivery/Missing Parcels

    Our UK parcels have a unique 2D barcode & number.
    We use these to track when your parcel was delivered to you, a neighbour or whether it is awaiting collection from a delivery office.

    Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control and we cannot be held liable in these circumstances.

    It is extremely rare for orders to go missing. Royal Mail advise us to wait 15 working days before classing a parcel as missing.

    We will then either replace the missing items, or refund the amount paid, including postage.

    Please notify us of missing items within a month of the date of purchase.

      Free Delivery

    Everyone loves free P & P and we do offer it occasionally as part of a promotion.

    We looked at offering it permanently but the costs would have to be absorbed in the cost of each product.

    In the end, we decided to be transparent and let you know exactly what you’re paying for postage.
